Returns & Refund Policy

At Fab Little Bag Australia, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Products purchased during a sale, clearance or promotional event are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@fablittlebag.com.au.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

Once your claim has been assessed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

Where a replacement is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
