Subscription Cancellation Policy
Some products on our Website are available as a subscription at a discounted price. Subscription discounts are provided in exchange for a minimum subscription commitment, which is displayed on the relevant product page before purchase.
Managing Your Subscription
You may pause, modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our customer service team.
Changes or cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing date to prevent your next subscription order from being processed.
Minimum Subscription Commitment
Where a product is purchased at a discounted subscription price with a stated minimum subscription period, early cancellation before completing that minimum period may result in the recovery of the subscription discount previously received.
This amount will not exceed the difference between the discounted subscription price paid and the standard retail price that would otherwise have applied to those products.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled subscription payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment or suspend future subscription deliveries until payment has been successfully received.
Subscription Changes
We reserve the right to amend subscription pricing, discounts, delivery frequency or these Subscription Terms at any time. Any changes will only apply to future subscription orders. Where required, customers will be notified before the changes take effect and may cancel their subscription before the next renewal if they do not wish to continue.
